Consulting Services provided by Calf Notes Consulting, LLC are flexible to meet your needs. Flexible pricing plans are available to your company as well. Consulting is normally priced on a per day basis. There are two types of “days” – Consulting Days and Travel Days. Consulting Days are charged at the negotiated rate and Travel Days are typically 50% of a Consulting Day. Partial Consulting Days are available, also.

When consultation agreements including more than 10 Consulting Days (not Travel Days) per calendar year, discounts are available. The discounted rate increases with the increasing number of days of the consulting agreement.

The cost of travel, when necessary, are added to the total cost of a consultation. Normal and customary travel expenses (airfare, hotels, meals during the consultation, transport, etc.) are added to the total cost of the consultation. Receipts are provided for all expenses greater than USD $25 unless explicitly requested otherwise. Also, cost of preparing a consultation, including typical office expenses, wire fees, legal and visa fees, equipment specific to the consultation, etc. will be included in the cost of the consultation and clearly identified with appropriate receipts.

All costs are billed in US dollars and payable by credit card, check, bank transfer or wire. Specific payment terms will be agreed to during the consultation discussion. Payment terms are Net 30 — i.e., payment is received within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
