Consulting with Dr. Quigley by phone, email, or video conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet) is remote consulting, and is a straightforward means to obtain consulting services. Remote consulting is an excellent option for meetings, training, and group discussions.

Conference presentations at 2 a.m.? Been there. Group question and answer sessions beginning at midnight? Done that. Jim has an interesting reputation in his neighborhood – he’s the guy working all hours of the day or night, talking to people all over the world. So, whether it’s day or night – for 1 hour or 12 hours, Jim can make it happen. So, no matter what the time zone, not a worry. Jim can make it happen.

Remote On-Farm Troubleshooting is also possible, though more challenging option for cost-efficient consulting services. This type of consultation requires a video link and a local staff member to provide video of facilities, calves, and description of processes that are part of the consultation. These may require additional time to view the farm and understand the nature of the operation, who is involved (managers and workers), and the nature of the problem.
